Hi friends! You may have been wondering why you haven’t heard from me lately. In January I began the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP for short) to address some ongoing health concerns. I also began working closely with a holistic nutritionist. Four months later, I was able to determine that I do in fact have a gluten sensitivity. Thus, I have begun a new adventure in the culinary world – going gluten-free. Soon my blog will reflect these changes, but in the meantime I ask that you bear with me as I adapt to a new way of baking, cooking and eating. I look forward to sharing my experience with you.
