Sunday nights are always taco night at our house. And I do mean always. The thing I love about tacos is they are so simple to make. It’s an easy, no-fuss meal that everyone loves. With Cinco de Mayo coming up, I want to share this recipe with you. It’s a light, refreshing side dish that you’re sure to enjoy!
Easy Mango Salsa Taste of Home 1/2 cup chopped tart apple
1/2 cup chopped peeled mango
1/2 cup pineapple
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
3 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce, optional
In a small bowl, combine the apple, mango, pineapple, onions, cilantro and pepper sauce if desired. Chill until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
