We’ve enjoyed some glorious sunny weather here.
The highlight of our week was going to the Cleek Farms Corn Maze.
And let’s not forget Peyton Manning. He led the Denver Broncos in the greatest comeback EVER on Monday Night Football!
Anyways, here are some fabulous food winners from our house this week:
Baked Pumpkin Donut Holes Two Peas and Their Pod
Simple and easy to whip up for breakfast,
these delectable little donut holes are baked instead of fried,
so they’re better for you. My kiddos gobbled them up!
Sweet Potato Bites Macki Cayloma from The FamilyKitchen Are you always trying to get your kids to eat their veggies?
Well, make these and see what happens!
I did leave off the marshmallows.
I know, I know. Where’s the fun in that?
But this recipe proves one thing to be true:
kids will eat anything if it’s on a stick!
Brownie Bites Kate’s Famous Brownies from Al Dente This recipe is from Katharine Hepburn and was
originally published in Ladies Home Journal in 1975!
How cool is that? I turned them into brownie bites.
Yum! As if you couldn’t guess, they were a big hit!
